Henry Pitman is a certified, fully insured Personal Trainer through the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs). With qualifications in small group Outdoor Training and Sports Conditioning, Henry has experience in a variety of training styles which include: Bodyweight/Calisthenics, Kettlebells and TRX Suspension Training.
My passion is for functional athleticism in all its forms with particular emphasis on bodyweight training indoors and outdoors. I believe that keeping a high level of fitness and continually investing myself with different types of training has had the biggest positive impact in my life. My passion is for helping people overcome their body image concerns and realise their athletic aspirations. These are things I strive for with every one of my clients.
I train clients at the Tribe Performance Centre in Bedford Rowing Club and in the great outdoors!
